Credentials

Your account credentials section displays important information about your identity and access within DocuChat.

Role

Your current role determines what actions you can perform within the organization. This could be:

• SuperAdmin: Full control over the organization, including billing and user management
• Admin: Ability to manage chatbots, documents, and team members
• Member: Access to use shared chatbots and documents

Email (Username)

Your email address serves as your username for logging into DocuChat. If you need to change your email address, please contact our support team at hi@docuchat.io.

Reset Password

To reset your password:

1. Click the "Send Password Reset Email" button
2. Check your email inbox for instructions
3. Follow the link in the email to set a new password
