Chat Sessions
Monitor and analyze individual chat sessions to gain insights into user interactions and chatbot performance.
In the Chat Sessions section, you can review detailed logs of all interactions between users and your chatbots. This feature allows you to monitor user engagement, understand user behavior, and gather feedback to improve your chatbot's performance.
Chatbot List
You can view a list of all your chatbots along with key metrics:
- Name: The name of the chatbot.
- Views: The number of times the chatbot has been accessed.
- Messages: The total number of messages exchanged with the chatbot.
- Rated Up: The number of positive feedback ratings.
- Rated Down: The number of negative feedback ratings.
Viewing Chat Sessions
By clicking on the View Sessions button, you can open a detailed view of all chat sessions associated with that chatbot. In this view, you can:
- See All Sessions: View a chronological list of all chat sessions by their date.
- Messages Exchanged: Review the messages exchanged during each session.
- Feedback: Identify if feedback was given on a specific reply.
Filtering by Feedback
You can filter the chat sessions to display only those where feedback was provided. This helps in focusing on sessions that received user ratings, allowing you to address any issues or capitalize on positive interactions.
