Exporting Data
Learn how to export your chatbot analytics data for further analysis and reporting.
Exporting Usage Data
From the Analytics menu, you can export usage statistics for all your chatbots. This data includes:
- Number of views
- Number of messages
- Any feedback provided by users
To export usage data:
- Navigate to the Analytics menu
- Click the "Export Usage Data" button in the top-right corner
- The data will be downloaded as a CSV file that you can open in spreadsheet applications like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Exporting Chat Sessions
In the Chat Sessions tab, click on a chatbot to open the sessions popup. From there, you can export detailed conversation logs with two options:
- Export This Session: Download a specific chat conversation by clicking the export icon next to any individual chat
- Export All Sessions: Download all chat sessions for a chatbot by clicking the "Export All Sessions" button
The exported chat sessions include:
- Timestamp of each message
- Complete conversation history between users and the chatbot
- Any feedback provided during the chat
