Citations

You can manage your citation preferences in your chatbot settings.

DocuChat can include references to the sources of information used in responses when you enable citations in the settings. This helps users verify the accuracy of the chatbot's answers.

Cite Sources

Allow the chatbot to include citations in its responses, providing references to the sources used to generate the answer.

Allow Access to Documents

Enable users to download and view the full original documents referenced in the chatbot's citations, or visit the source website if the citation links to an external URL.

When enabling document access, users will be able to view and download the complete original documents, not just the cited sections. Make sure you only enable this feature if you want users to have access to the full content of your uploaded documents.
