Advanced analytics on your chatbots with AI-assisted analysis.
DocuChat is able to generate special reports on your chatbots to extract insights from the data. You can access these insights from the Insights menu in the Analytics page of your dashboard.
Insights and advanced analytics are only available in our Enterprise plan.
Generating a Report
You first need to select a chatbot and a time range and click on the Generate Report button. And once a report is generated, you can view it by clicking on the View button inside the table below.
Report Content
The report will contain the following sections:
- Most asked questions: All the questions that have been asked to the chatbot and the number of times they have been asked. We group similar questions together in a single row to avoid repetition.
- Most used sources: All the sources that have been used to answer the questions. You also see the Rated Up and Rated Down for each source based on the feedback from the users to the chatbot's answers.
- Unanswered questions: All the questions that have been asked to the chatbot but have not been answered. We use an LLM model to ascertain whether a user question was answered or not. And those that are not answered are listed here.
