Document Library

Manage and organize your documents efficiently to enhance your chatbot's performance with DocuChat.

DocuChat's Document Library is a centralized hub where you can manage all your documents. Any document you upload to create a chatbot is automatically stored in your Document Library, and a single document can be used across multiple chatbots without needing to upload it again, preventing unnecessary duplication of content.

Here are some of the things you can do in your Document Library:

  1. Add Documents: Upload new documents directly to your library without creating a chatbot first.
  2. Search & Filter: Find documents quickly using the search bar and filters (by type, usage in chatbots, and status).
  3. Document Actions:
    • Download documents to your computer
    • Open and view document contents
    • Rename documents
    • Delete documents from your library
    • Copy document IDs
    • For Google Drive documents: View files in Drive
  4. Convert to Chatbot: Instantly create a new chatbot from any document that will answer questions about its content
  5. Manage Chatbot Usage: See which chatbots are using each document and easily add/remove documents from your chatbots
  6. Display Options: Customize how your document library is displayed and organized
